General Membership Meetings

At the 2008 Annual Meeting, members voted to have AFC meetings every month on the third Thursday. These meetings will be teleconferenced and last approximately 30 minutes.

Annual Membership Meeting

One meeting a year is a face-to-face meeting. If AFC funds are available, the AFC will pay a round-trip ticket for one person from each member agency to attend. The AFC requests that agencies bear other costs such as hotels etc. The AFC encourages agencies to purchase their tickets early in order to keep transportation costs down. Please note that the travel costs of associate members to the annual membership meeting are not paid by the AFC. The AFC will inform members of the location, time and date of the annual membership meeting. If you would like more information please contact the AFC Manager.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee meets in Anchorage quarterly. The purpose of these meetings is to finalize the grant spending, to formulate an agenda for the quarterly member meetings, and to organize for the following year.
