How did we do with our specific goals of 2001?

• Spend grant amount of $90,000 by April 1, 2001 (Oops! Susanna Morgan)
  
• Have a web page up and running by end of 2000.
  We need to be taught to use (Diane)
  
• Advocate for free and reduced breakfast and support local school administrators and school boards in their efforts toward these federal programs? How have we all done and what do we need to continue to do? (Joan & WIC coordinator)
  
• Enhance membership geographically (Diane)
  Do we all send Diane our regular newsletters?
  
• Aim toward consistent data collection in our programs
  Action plan from members (Sara)
  
• Adopt our area legislators and have each one on site (all members)
  
• Keep building professional training and networking

• Orchestrate a statewide PR campaign for hunger awareness (all members)
  

FY 2002 (current year)

• Explore expansion of grant for FY 2003 (Susanna and committee to make recommendations for January 9 meeting)
  
• Political transitions and how will that affect our dollars? (Diane)
  
• What food would we like to purchase with FY 2002 dollars? (all members)
  
• No recommended changes in the current grant policy for AFC members
